1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, infoproducts and goods offered by GearTopin at GearTopin.link, you agree to abide by these terms of service.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Gear-based Structural Toolkits Services

Our expert team provides on-site and remote deployment of gear-based structural toolkit solutions, including setup, calibration and training.

2.2 Infoproducts

Digital guides, video courses and technical manuals covering design, assembly and maintenance of gear-based structural systems.

2.3 Goods

Physical gear-based structural toolkits and component sets delivered to your address.

3. Refund and Shipment Back Policies

3.1 Services

All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the initial service date. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Clients may request one complimentary rescheduling of service within 30 days of the original appointment. Premium consulting packages and rapid-deployment engagements are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

3.2 Infoproducts

Refund requests for infoproducts are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided no access activity has occurred. Once confirmed that downloads or streaming have not been initiated, approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

3.3 Goods

Customers may send back unused and unopened products within 30 days of shipping. Shipping back the item is the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Damaged goods may be exchanged for identical items instead of refunded.

4. Limitation of Liability

GearTopin and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, infoproducts or goods.
